Online Directory Usage and Privacy Policy
The privacy of your personal information is our top priority. Only you and AAI
staff can update your personal information, and only the AAI community with
passwords (alumni, current program participants and staff) can view Online
Directory information. You may limit the information that appears to other
alumni in the online directory at any time. Personal contact information (e.g.
home address, home telephone number and mobile phone number) have not been made
public to other alumni, but you have the option to share this information with
other alumni if you choose. AAI has a strict policy never to release any
contact information for alumni to third parties. AAI occasionally allows
friends of the organization limited access to the database for research of AAI
program information.
The information on these pages is for official AAI and Alumni Association use,
and also for personal communication between AAI, alumni, and current program
participants. Use of the Online Directory for any other purpose, including
fundraising or commercial or political communications/solicitations, is
strictly prohibited. Misuse of the Directory by AAI community members will
result in loss of access privileges. Report misuse to the Alumni Affairs
