AAI President’s Video Message Encourages Support of the Training of Liberian Nurses

AAI President & CEO Amini Kajunju released a video message to encourage people to give back during the holiday shopping season for #GivingTuesday. This year, AAI is raising funds to train nurses at Tubman University’s Nursing Program in Liberia.

#GivingTuesday is a nationwide effort to harness the collective power of individuals, corporations and nongovernmental organizations, to inspire people to take collaborative action to improve communities in the U.S. and worldwide by contributing to important causes to help create a better world.

Taking place December 2, 2014 – the Tuesday after Thanksgiving – #GivingTuesday aims to inspire people to give around the holiday shopping season, similar to how Black Friday and Cyber Monday have become days synonymous with holiday shopping.
