Donkoh has led and managed the start-up company from zero to over 20,000 students and 800 staff in five years. He developed the Omega Schools business model (as his dissertation) while studying for his MBA at the GIMPA Business School. Prior to that, Donkoh founded and was the Team Leader of Oguaa Business Incubator, a combined GTZ/Dutch Government funded youth enterprise development project in Ghana.
Previously, he worked for USAID’s POLICY Project, Oxfam GB’s West African Sub-Regional Office, and the World Bank-sponsored Savanna Resource Management Project for the three northern regions of Ghana.
Donkoh has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Cape Coast.
