AAI TLP logo final-low-res_verticalThe Africa-America Institute (AAI) will hold a timely symposium on the future of African leadership. The symposium, “The Future of African Leadership – Assessing Leadership Development on the Continent , will bring together thought leaders, educators and innovators to explore the possibilities and challenges of leadership development in Africa and what works to strengthen African leadership.

Key findings and recommendations from an evaluation study conducted by AAI will be presented at the symposium, followed by a discussion and questions from participants. AAI released an abridged version of the study, The Transformational Leadership Program: An Evaluation of Impact in a Capacity Building Leadership Program for Africa’s Social Sector, in 2013.

The symposium is free and open to the public.
