Join AAI’s TweetChat on Transforming Africa through SME and Social Enterprise Leadership – May 22

Earlier this month, the World Economic Forum on Africa discussed how Africa can develop entrepreneurs and leaders who will unlock the vast potential of the continent.

On Wednesday, May 22, The Africa-America Institute will host a conversation on Twitter with leaders in Africa’s education and business sectors under the theme: “#LeadAfrica: Transforming Africa through SME and Social Enterprise Leadership.” Join AAI as we share ideas on what kind of leadership is needed to accelerate Africa’s growth, as well as the support systems necessary for African small & medium-sized enterprise (SME) and social enterprise leaders to succeed.

AAI will lead the discussion with representatives from various institutions, including the African Leadership Academy, Pan-African University’s Enterprise Development Center, and the Legatum Center for Development and Entrepreneurship at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The TweetChat starts at 12 pm ET on May 22. Follow @aaiafrica and join the conversation using the hashtag #LeadAfrica.
