AAI-EADB STEM Third Cohort Graduation
In 2015, the East African Development Bank (EADB) and the Africa-America Institute (AAI) partnered to establish the AAI-EADB STEM Graduate Scholarship program to support the capacity of East African faculty in fields instrumental to local employment, and critical to the growth of national economies. Teachers applying from one of the EADB member countries are accepted into a one-year Master’s program at Rutgers University. Since its inception, sixteen faculty members from East Africa have benefitted from this program. We are thrilled to congratulate our third cohort who will graduate May 2019.
