Abidjan, Cote d’ Ivoire  Oct 09 (AIP) – President of the Republic of Cote d’ Ivoire, HE President Alassane Ouattara took part in the opening of the 4th Annual State of Education in Africa, hosted by The Africa-America Institute.   President Ouattara who is an AAI Alumnus of the African Graduate Fellowship Program (AFGRAD), where he graduated with a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1972.  For more information please visit www.soeafrica.org
