South African NGO Leaders Receive Training to Gain Skills in Organizational Sustainability

Leaders of nonprofit organizations gained new skills and strategies on how to achieve greater sustainability for their organization by attracting support and investment at the NPO Leadership Imbizo conference, organized by AAI’s Transformational Leadership Program partner-University of Stellenbosch Business School-Executive Development (USB-ED), on Oct. 28 in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Amini Kajunju, President and CEO of the Africa-America Institute (AAI), led a workshop on leadership capacity development and Melissa Howell, moderated a panel discussion.

The full-day conference was organized in partnership with The Africa-America Institute (AAI) and The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation.
