The African Angle resizeIn the World Policy Journal’s “The African Angle”, Cameroonian educator Joannes Paulus Yimbesalu asks when young African women will be given the educational opportunities they deserve. Yimbesalu serves as a Global Youth Ambassador for A World At School, an initiative launched by the United Nations.

[The] lack of a strong political will to invest in education, due in part to the lack of resources and mobilization of partnerships between the private sector, government, and other stakeholders, is another major setback.
