Founded in 2007, the Transformational Leadership Program (TLP), represents our longest running initiative. TLP provides leadership development opportunities for African nationals working in areas of service delivery. Originally piloted and supported by the Coca-Cola Africa Foundation (TCCAF), we now fully sponsor TLP with the support of AAI donors. In 2016, we enhanced TLP’s impact with e-learning and blended-learning models that increased access for African NGO leaders and social entrepreneurs.
