Bob McCarthy is a member of Dentons’ Capital Markets practice concentrating in secured lending and the purchase, sale and servicing of financial assets. He serves as managing partner of Dentons’ New York and Albany offices.

He helps banks, issuers, underwriters, servicers and major residential and commercial conduit purchasers acquire and service commercial and residential mortgage loans and other receivables, public and private offerings of mortgage-related securities, and finance assets involving repurchase, warehousing, and other financing documents.

In addition, Bob has advised financial institutions and other fiduciaries on ERISA and employee benefit matters and related transactional issues.   He has represented servicers and investors in connection with the servicing of commercial and residential mortgage loans (including licensing issues) and in connection with the acquisition and sale of servicing rights.
